You are solely responsible for how you use our software. Any use outside the intended private or single-player context is entirely at your own risk and responsibility. We do not encourage, endorse, or accept responsibility for misuse of our software in live online environments, against unsuspecting players, or in violation of any game, platform, or service terms.

Our software and products are only allowed to be ran on one personal computer. Our system is based on several parts of your computer (processor, memory, harddrive, etc), to generate an unique hardware ID. If our system detects that the hardware has changed, your account will be temporarily locked and you will be asked to pay a small fee to unlock your account, in which you will be able to continue using our product with the modified hardware ID. No refunds or partial refunds will be given should the website cease operations or become unable to provide content updates for any reason.

Payment Policy:
By purchasing from us, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and that all payment information provided is accurate. Any fraudulent transaction, unauthorized payment, chargeback abuse, payment dispute abuse, or other attempt to obtain access to our products or services without valid payment may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account, cancellation of active services or licenses, and, where appropriate, further action.

We do not permit users to share, transfer, sell, or resell accounts, licenses, access rights, or purchased products unless we have explicitly stated otherwise in writing. Tampering with our software to bypass any security mechanism or to dismantle our software will result in your account being disabled, permanently terminated and you will be blacklisted.

Apart from the information you submit by yourself we also collect some information about your computer. We collect information such as your computer operating system and architecture, unique hardware ID and your public IP address. We are the owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone. We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request. Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about sales or new products/services. All information we collect is necessary to keep our services and products stable and secure. We reserve the right to share any collected information on unexpected events such as chargebacks, with the used payment processor and third party chargeback control services. We reserve the right to share your payment profile and payment as fraudental with any blacklist such as MaxMind, Stripe Radar and others upon chargeback.

Refunds are only given if the provided product is not at least partially functional. This only applies if you have contacted our support team for help and all necessary steps to ensure functionality have been taken. You may ask for a refund from the administration team only.
